How Can I Enroll in a Class

The easiest and most effective way to enroll at Revived Medical Training Academy is by scheduling a free consultation with our Enrollment Specialist. Appointments are available Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM and Fridays from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

Enrollment closes seven (7) days before the scheduled class start date. Students must complete all required enrollment documentation, satisfy applicable financial obligations, and meet program admission requirements before beginning classes.

Mandatory Orientation: All newly enrolled students are required to attend the scheduled student orientation before beginning their program. Orientation provides important information regarding academic expectations, attendance requirements, student conduct, financial responsibilities, program policies, and certification procedures. Attendance is mandatory, and failure to participate may result in delayed enrollment or forfeiture of the student's seat in the scheduled cohort.

Mandatory First-Day Attendance: All students are required to be present and actively participate on the first scheduled day of class, whether enrolled in an in-person, hybrid, or online program. Students who fail to attend or log in on the first day without prior written approval from administration may lose their placement in the cohort and may be required to enroll in a future class, subject to availability.

Important Notice: Enrollment and payment alone do not guarantee continued placement in a program. Students must fulfill all admission, orientation, and first-day attendance requirements to secure and maintain their enrollment status.

How Much is the Cost of Each Program?

Is there a Certification associated with the programs?

National Certification Affiliations

Revived Medical Training Academy prepares students for national and state-recognized certification examinations through established credentialing organizations. The Nursing Assistant (CNA) Program follows South Carolina's nurse aide certification requirements, with examinations administered through Credentia. Other eligible healthcare training programs prepare students for certification through the National Healthcareer Association (NHA), while the Sterile Processing Technician Program prepares students for certification through the Healthcare Sterile Processing Association (HSPA).

Certification eligibility, examination scheduling, testing fees, and retake requirements are determined by the respective credentialing organizations. Successful completion of a training program does not guarantee certification, and students must meet all applicable examination and eligibility requirements.

How Often Are Exams Available for Scheduling?

National Certification Examination Scheduling

National Healthcareer Association (NHA) Testing: Eligible students may schedule their national certification examinations by visiting the Revived Medical Training Academy booking page and selecting the appropriate examination appointment. Students must successfully complete all program requirements, including achieving a minimum score of 78% on the required mock examination, before receiving authorization to test. Students must complete their initial examination within 60 days of program completion to qualify for the Academy's one-time examination fee coverage. Additional attempts and retakes are the student's financial responsibility.

Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Credentia Testing: CNA students are responsible for scheduling their written and skills examinations directly through their Credentia account at www.credentia.com. Students may search for available examination dates using their preferred mile radius or the school testing code provided by the Academy.

If no examination dates are available at your preferred location or time, students should contact Credentia at (888) 549-0820 or continue checking their online portal regularly for newly available testing appointments.

Sterile Processing (HSPA) Testing: Students pursuing HSPA certification must follow the examination application, eligibility, and scheduling procedures established by the Healthcare Sterile Processing Association at www.myhspa.org. Students are responsible for meeting all applicable certification requirements, including the required 400 hours of hands-on experience for full CRCST certification.

Important Scheduling Reminder: Examination appointments are subject to availability and are not guaranteed by Revived Medical Training Academy. Students are responsible for scheduling their examinations promptly, monitoring testing deadlines, and complying with the requirements of their respective certification organizations. Failure to schedule or complete an examination within the required timeframe may result in additional fees or loss of eligibility for school-funded testing.

Does Revived Guarantee Job Placement?

Revived Medical Training Academy is committed to supporting students in their career development by making reasonable efforts to share available employment opportunities within their chosen field of study. Career assistance may include resume development, mock interviews, job search guidance, and referrals to potential employers. Through our established relationships with healthcare organizations and community partners, we strive to help students transition successfully into the workforce.

However, Revived Medical Training Academy does not guarantee employment or job placement upon completion of any program. Employment opportunities are dependent upon job availability, employer hiring requirements, individual qualifications, and the student's efforts throughout the application and interview process. While we are dedicated to assisting our graduates, securing employment remains the responsibility of each individual student.

Are There any Tuition Assistance Programs Available?

Revived Medical Training Academy strives to establish and maintain partnerships with community organizations and workforce development agencies that may offer tuition assistance, reimbursement, or other educational funding opportunities. Eligibility for these programs is determined on a case-by-case basis and may be discussed during the initial consultation.

Revived Medical Training Academy does not guarantee tuition assistance, reimbursement, or approval for third-party funding. All funding opportunities are subject to availability, eligibility requirements, and approval by the participating agency. Students remain responsible for their tuition and associated fees unless funding has been officially approved and confirmed.

Is there a Refund If I Am Not Successful in the Course?

Revived Medical Training Academy offers tuition refunds in accordance with its established refund policy, as outlined in the Student Handbook and reviewed during student orientation. Refund eligibility and the amount refunded are determined by factors such as attendance, the percentage of the program completed, and applicable enrollment terms.

Refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to the Academy's official refund policy. Special circumstances, including documented family emergencies and active-duty military orders, may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Any exceptions must be reviewed and approved by school administration in accordance with applicable policies and regulations.

Students are encouraged to review the Student Handbook and Enrollment Agreement to fully understand their financial obligations, refund eligibility, and withdrawal procedures.

How do I Schedule my Exam after Course Completion?

National Certification Examination & Scheduling Policy

Revived Medical Training Academy prepares students for national certification examinations through recognized certification organizations, including Credentia, the National Healthcareer Association (NHA), and the Healthcare Sterile Processing Association (HSPA). Students must successfully complete all academic, attendance, clinical (if applicable), and examination eligibility requirements before receiving authorization to test.

Credentia (Nursing Assistant Certification): Nursing Assistant certification examinations are scheduled through www.credentia.com. Testing availability is determined by the number of registered candidates, available evaluators, approved testing locations, and open examination dates. Students are responsible for scheduling their written and skills examinations in accordance with Credentia's procedures and deadlines.

National Healthcareer Association (NHA): Students enrolled in NHA certification programs must successfully complete their coursework and achieve a minimum score of 78% on the required mock examination before receiving authorization to test. Eligible students will receive examination registration and scheduling instructions through www.nhanow.com.

Revived Medical Training Academy covers the cost of one initial NHA certification examination for eligible students who complete their examination within 60 days of program completion. Students who exceed this timeframe or require additional examination attempts are responsible for the applicable fees unless otherwise specified in writing.

Healthcare Sterile Processing Association (HSPA): Students completing the Sterile Processing Technician Program may pursue the Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) certification through www.myhspa.org.

HSPA offers provisional certification examination eligibility for candidates who have not yet completed the required 400 hours of hands-on sterile processing experience. Candidates who pass the examination under provisional status must complete and document the required practical experience within HSPA's established timeframe to obtain full certification.

Revived Medical Training Academy does not guarantee or provide the required 400-hour clinical experience or employment placement. Students are responsible for securing and completing these hours independently, meeting HSPA eligibility requirements, and submitting the necessary documentation. Examination registration, scheduling, and associated fees are the student's responsibility unless otherwise stated in the Enrollment Agreement.

How Long Do I Have to Complete the Certification Exam.

National Certification Examination Fees, Attempts & Deadlines

Students are responsible for completing their national certification examinations within the eligibility timeframe established by their respective certification organizations. Examination attempts, scheduling requirements, and associated fees vary by certification provider.

National Healthcareer Association (NHA): Revived Medical Training Academy covers the cost of one initial NHA certification examination attempt, provided the student successfully completes all program requirements, achieves a minimum score of 78% on the required mock examination, and takes the certification examination within 60 days of program completion. Students who do not test within the 60-day timeframe are responsible for the full examination fee. Any additional attempts or retakes are the student's financial responsibility. Students who are unsuccessful must wait at least 30 days from their previous examination date before scheduling another attempt, subject to NHA's current retake policies and eligibility requirements.

Credentia (CNA Certification): CNA candidates are permitted up to three examination attempts within the applicable 24-month eligibility period, subject to South Carolina and Credentia regulations. Revived Medical Training Academy covers the cost of one initial examination attempt only for students whose tuition includes examination fees or whose funding partner has authorized payment. Students whose tuition or funding agreement does not include examination fees are responsible for paying the applicable $140 examination fee directly to Credentia during scheduling. All additional attempts or retakes are the student's financial responsibility, regardless of whether the Academy paid for the initial attempt. Students must follow Credentia's examination scheduling, retake, and eligibility requirements.

Healthcare Sterile Processing Association (HSPA): Sterile Processing students are responsible for applicable HSPA certification examination fees unless otherwise specified in their Enrollment Agreement. Students must meet HSPA examination eligibility requirements, including completion and documentation of the required 400 hours of hands-on experience for full CRCST certification. The Academy does not guarantee clinical placement or completion of these hours. Students who are unsuccessful must comply with HSPA's required waiting period and retake procedures before scheduling another examination.
